Vassar Tennis Facility

When Vassar College expressed interest in developing a court tennis facility, Richard Turlington Architects was ready to help.

Court tennis, the 13th-century progenitor of modern racquet sports, has fewer than 40 dedicated playing areas globally. Our feasibility study ensured this 12,000 sq. ft. addition to Kenyon Hall would complement the existing architecture while providing a fitting arena for the unique sport it accommodates. The cost of the project was estimated at $2M.
