Aquarion Water Company retained Richard Turlington to assist the utility company in developing a piece of property that they wanted to sell.  The parcel was in a residential neighborhood and was divided into two plots.  Each house was modest in size to fit the scale of the houses in the neighborhood.  In understanding the land and the intent of the owner our design team created this 3,500 square foot home and helped Aquarion achieve their goal of selling the land and ultimately the new landowners built this house.
