Richard Turlington Architects was the Consulting Architect for Pelli Clarke & Partners for this 125,000 sq. ft. facility. We were responsible for preparing the contract documents for the exterior envelope and primary core spaces, including Grinnell College’s main dining facility, student function spaces, and general purpose classrooms. The scope of work also included coordinating and preparing all the construction documents for the exterior façade and roof conditions, which involved many different materials and assemblies.
