Javier possesses over 30 years of experience in the Architecture Industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the RTA Team. Javier has been involved with a vast array of projects over the years ranging from individual family housing projects to large college campuses. Javier is an expert in the design and production of design documents with AutoCad; he is highly valued within RTA and by clients for his precise attention to detail and ability to utilize decades of experience to help solve difficult design problems.
