Richard Turlington AIA was the Consulting Architect for Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects for this 125,000 square facility.  We were responsible for preparing the contract documents for the exterior envelope and primary core spaces such as the Dining Hall(s) and main student lounge. The project included Grinnell College’s main dining facility, student function spaces, and general purpose classrooms. The scope of work included coordinating and preparing all the construction documents for the exterior façade and roof conditions. This included many different materials and assemblies.
