This multifamily project with 300 units is being constructed in 2 phases on the edge of rapidly developing Nashville. The complex includes amenity spaces on the ground floor and roof terrace as well as parking for 700 vehicles.

Richard Turlington Architects is providing Technical Consulting and Construction Documentation services in collaboration with Granoff Architects, the designer and Architect of Record for this endeavor.
