Sterling Co-Generation
Power Plant

Richard Turlington Architects Inc was retained by Charney Architects to assist with document preparation for this new facility on the southern end of Yale University's campus to serve the campus, Yale-New Haven Hospital, and the Yale School of Medicine. The project was for a 15-MegaWatt Co-Generation Facility in operation since 2011. The building produces electricity and steam for the School of Medicine, reducing the overall carbon footprint by over 24,000 tons per year.
