RTA was the lead production consultant for the development of this Grade A corporate office complex in one of the most prime office sub-markets in the National Capital Region, NH-8.
The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) is a staggering 2.9MM gross square feet. The design consists of 5 buildings connected through a main street atrium and a stand-alone 6th building as a beacon that stretches up high into the Gurugram sky. This design provides an oasis environment resembling a tropical safe-haven. The architecture looks to relinquish the shear mass of the buildings by mirroring the sky it penetrates and covering the ground plane in such lush vegetation that those who inhabit the complex feel as if they have stumbled upon a hidden gem in the heart of the bustling city of Gurugram.
